MEafterMe never claims rights over your memories, stories, or personal information. We are only the technology that keeps them safe.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MEafterMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your Data Belongs to You
MEafterMe makes no claim to any rights over the content you upload — photos, videos, documents, question answers, or any other materials. You retain full copyright and ownership of everything you have created.
3. Privacy and Security
All data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
4. Right to Deletion
At any time you may request full deletion of your profile and all associated data. Upon submitting a request to contact@afterme.life, deletion is completed within 30 days.
5. Plans and Payments
The Free plan includes limited features with no charge. Paid plans are billed according to the selected period. For monthly and yearly subscriptions you may cancel at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
6. Heir Access
The "Heirs" feature allows users to grant access to their profile to trusted individuals after their passing. MEafterMe is not responsible for disputes regarding the inheritance of digital content.
7. Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to upload content that infringes third-party copyrights, contains illegal material, or is intended to harm others.
8. Changes to Terms
For material changes to these terms, we will notify users by email at least 30 days in advance.
